3. Before initiating the DISM scan, make sure that the computer is connected to Internet.

4. When the scan is completed, close the Command Prompt and reboot your computer.

Try installing the Windows Updates now and check if the issue with the error 0xc190011f got resolved. If the issue remains, you can try resetting the Windows Update components.
